ERP Administrator

On behalf of our client 𝐎𝐂𝐒𝐢𝐀𝐥, the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes, ManpowerGroup Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of: ERP Administrator, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new subsidiaries and new functionality based on evolving business needs.

Job description: 

– Propose system design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements
– Develop and create customized reports, saved searches and dashboards
– Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support
– Work with management, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Accounting & – Finance to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines
– Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications
– Stay up-to-date with new NetSuite features and functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvements

Candidate profile:

– Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP and CRM
– Demonstrated experience with ERP integration and customization
– Proficiency in ERP workflow management
– Manufacturing / OEM implementation and support experience
– Proven ability to map processes and create new ones
– Fluency in English

IT User Support Specialist

On behalf of our client, leader in nanotechnology and materials, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of IT User Support Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support and assist users with all IT related issues;
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Windows, Office, printers, video conferencing, security cameras, network and and other IT Services;
Set-up new devices for users;
Install and upgrade software and hardware;
Perform certain system administration tasks.


Education in IT or 1–2-year experience in an IT related role;
Very good written and spoken English;
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office, including setup/administration skills;
Knowledge of computer hardware;
Experience with SOHO networking equipment (routers, switches, access points, NAS servers);
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, LAN and peripherals related issues;
Problem solving and analytical skills;
Team player with good communication skills;
Experience with solutions like Active Directory, Linux, Mac OS would be an advantage.

Senior Accountant


Fixed assets management-posting and controlling all aspects of Fixed assets; controlling entry to plant and comparing it to actual state in ERP system;•  Monitoring monthly expenses and inventories;   
Cost control-determining and posting/allocating costs between direct and indirect, CAPEX/OPEX;
Assisting in calculating of depreciation of fixed assets;
Following laws and regulations related to the field they are in charge of and ensuring it's correct and timely application;
General accounting work-in collaboration with Finance manager;
Controlling and approving SEF invoices-when needed;
Processing payment of invoices-when needed.


Three years experience in accounting sector;
Bachelor/Master in economics;
Experience in using ERP system;
MS Office proficient;
Proficient in English and Serbian language;

– prikupljanje podataka o proizvođačima i dobavljačima robe na domaćem i inostranom tržištu;
– poručivanje robe od dobavljača na domaćem i inostranom tržištu, realizacija pojedinačnih naloga;
– ugovaranje transporta robe uz saglasnost menadžera nabavke, praćenje dinamike isporuke;
– zaprimanje naručene robe, urgiranje pri kašnjenju, reklamiranje nekvalitetne isporuke;
– kontrolisanje stanja robe, šifriranje robe i unošenje podataka u sistem;
– tarifiranje robe;
– definisanje radnog cenovnika, izrada i analiza ulaznih kalkulacija;
– vođenje evidencije robe u carinskom magacinu;
– priprema dokumentacije za postupke carinjenja i reexporta;

Zahtevi pozicije
– IV-VI stepen stručne spreme;
– poželjno minimum dve godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima;
– poznavanje asortimana i terminologije u oblasti nameštaja;
– poznavanje MS Office paketa;
