Opis posla

• Izrada kalkulacija proizvoda na osnovu tehničkih nacrta
• Pripremanje dokumentacije za proizvodnju (radionički crteži, crteži za lasersko sečenje, apkant savijanje, savijanje cevi)
• Implemetnacija metoda koje vode ka optimizaciji rada
• Komunikacija sa dobavljačima
• Zajedno sa rukovodiocem proizvodnje, kolegama inženjerima i team liderima, učestvuje u organizaciji i praćenju celokupnog rada, stanja u proizvodnji i poštovanju rokova isporuke i kvaliteta
• Učestvuje u stalnoj komunikaciji neophodnih podataka za realizaciju dnevnih obaveza

Zahtevi pozicije

• VII stepen stručne spreme (mašinski fakultet)
• Poznavanje rada u CAD softveru (Solid Edge, Solidworks, Inventor ili sl.)
• Razumevanje i tumačenje tehničkih nacrta
• Iskustvo u radu u metalskoj industriji je neophodno (fiber laser sečenje, CNC savijanje lima, CNC savijanje cevi, zavarivanje i ostale standardne metode rada u obradi metala, poznavanje mašinske obrade metala nije potrebno)
• Dobro poznavanje rada na računaru
• Poznavanje engleskog jezika – srednji nivo

Job description:

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance;

Job description:

Ensures all assigned activities are being performed safely and according to plant and corporate safety standards and policies.
Responsible and/or supports the development, coordination, and administration of the overall reliability elements of Asset Health Assurance, Criticality Analysis, Equipment Hierarchy, RCA, Component Reliability, Predictive and Preventive maintenance procedures, Equipment Maintenance Plan support and development, Reliability Centered Design & FMEA, tech support of daily maintenance effort, technical training, parts standardization, stores management, bill of materials, operational reliability, and reliability centered lubrication.
Develops a high proficiency while working within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/SAP and utilizes its functionality to correlate the data for reliability analysis.
Reviews equipment failures, downtime reports, FTE technology findings, and reoccurring problems and equipment histories to uncover reoccurring maintenance problems and develop action plans to minimize impact on equipment reliability.
Gathers and examines basic reliability data from field studies or databases, and correlates the data for analysis using well-defined engineering techniques/principles/procedures.
Leads and facilitates the RCA effort as part of a proactive strategy.
Works closely with corporate reliability engineers to coordinate the development of engineering solutions to repetitive equipment failures and other maintenance problems to reduce the need for maintenance while improving costs and reliability. 

Position requirements:

BS in Engineering or related field preferred. Four (4) or more years of engineering/maintenance experience required.
Additional years of experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of the educational preference.
Thorough technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance and reliability fundamentals.
Experience in continuous improvement process, BB/GB certified, would be a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to explain and interpret information, ideas, or make recommendations on a daily basis.
