JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Actively participating in the product design
– Creating a Concept in RFQ stage, which includes (Design, Feasibility, Risk Assessment, Calculation)
– Recheck and approve product calculations within a defined range
– Discuss requested and proposed designs with the customer, to identify the best-fitting solution in regard to Quality, Feasibility, Costs
– Leading a team of 3-5people
– Creating BOM(all products), BOL(only for simple products level 1/2 – existing processes) during RFQ stage
– Risk assessment of new products 
– Technical support for the Sales department
– Owner of the cost-calculation process (challenging of designs and costs)

CANDIDATE PROFILE
– Very good technical knowledge in regard to product design
– Proactive and result oriented
– Fluent English
– Advanced communication skills (internal & external)
– Preferable, knowledge in the cable & wire harness manufacturing industry

Job description:

Plan, conceptualize, and implement existing and new web applications as well as the intranet on SharePoint Online

Identify and implement best practices for data security and integrity within the SharePoint platform

Collaborate closely with involved departments to comprehend their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint Online with existing systems and tools

Operater mašinske obrade zadužen je za obradu rezervnih delova opreme pomoću mašina za obradu metala (kao što su strug, glodalica, radijalna bušilica, erozimat, brusilica, CNC strug, CNC glodalica i sl.)
Naša firma poseduje dve vrste mašina za obradu metala: manuelne mašine i CNC mašine. Operater koji radi na manuelnim mašinama treba da zna da čita tehničke crteže i da zna da radi na jednoj od navedenih manuelnih mašina (strug, glodalica, radijalna bušilica, brusilica), operater na CNC mašinama treba da zna da piše program i da samostalno radi na bar jednoj od navedenih CNC mašina (CNC strug, CNC glodalica)

Product analysis

Position Requirements

Dužnosti:

Opis posla

• Research, consult, design, test, and innovate Strut Support solutions for existing and new clients
• Create and submit detailed bids that outline costs and timelines for construction or extraction projects in accordance with deadlines
• Calculations and price changes of finished products and creation of offers for clients
• Communication with customers from abroad about inquiries and technical characteristics of products
• Designing and improving tools for production;
• Participation in defining and proposing technical solutions, supervision
and participation in the development of project technical documentation
• Responsible for archiving, filing and preparing an entirely new database of technical information of existing and new customers
• Creating drawings and data sheets of existing and new products
• To report back on a weekly and monthly base

Zahtevi pozicije

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering(or requested knowledge obtained through experience)
• Active work in drawing programs , for example AutoCAD, Solidworks or Inventor Professional
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Active knowledge of the English language
• At least three years of experience in mechanical engineering;
• Good analytical ability along with the characteristic of working precisely
• Prefarable  candidates with experience in the HVAC and M&E field
